I started ordering from Cura Kitchen to save me time during the season of caring for my son and daughter when she was a baby. Life was busy with a second baby and I was tired. I am very particular about what we eat and I always made salads for lunch most of it grown from our garden. When I heard about Cura Kitchen from my sister, I didn’t think it would be as delicious or healthy as my own salads. But when I looked into the ingredients that Cura Kitchen uses I was blown away and convinced that I needed to give it a try. I am happy I did! What started as an effort to save me time from salad prep has turned into the enjoyment of their delicious food! The food tastes great and I love getting a different meal everyday of the week.
Cura meals are so life giving and supportive of my health needs. Meals are absolutely delicious and so convenient. The business is very easy to communicate with to make shifts and changes. The cost is about the same as it would take me to market for organic autoimmune meals with none of the prep and clean up :)

After all my children left for college, I found I wasn’t cooking for myself and began skipping meals or eating quick, subpar food. I have been enjoying Cura Meals with grains for a month now and I love them! I love how fresh and balanced the meals are. It’s like having my own private chef. Bonus: you will loose fat weight , but maintain muscle mass eating this food. Beware! lol
Absolutely amazing food! High quality and great customer service! I was actually going on a personal trip and am the primary caregiver for my parents in thier late 80s. I was nervous about them not getting great healthy and tasty meals while I was away. So I did my research and I read the reviews on Cura Kitchen! These people did not disappoint! Cannot recommend them enough and they seriously walk the walk. I can now feel comfortable leaving for a vacation without worrying about meal prep when I am out of town. My parents are still telling me how much they enjoyed the meals, I guess now that I am back I'll have to step up my game! Can't thank Cura Kitchen enough!
I love my cura meals! I am postpartum and don’t have the time to cook nutritious meals every single day. Enter Cura! Super healthy and tastes delicious. I love that I can customize what I want : paleo, carb conscious, AIP, vegetarian, etc. I also like that they have an option to do bulk proteins or veggies so I can make my own meals if I want. 10/10 recommend Cura to anyone looking to support local and have the ease of premade meals. Cura Kitchen is the unsung hero of the kitchen. That ticks all of the rare boxes. I was paying a personal chef an exorbitant amount of money to shop, prepare and cook gluten free, dairy free, seed oil free, grain free meals that hit the protein macros. Then came across Cura Kitchen. It’s about $15 a meal as much as a chipotle bowl but your body will feel amazing. Even today, the breakfast was delicious and packs 45grams of protein!!!!
